payment process▹ Stripe only in USD; invoices will be sent out after required information have been received.▹ if you wish to tip, please do so through my ko-fi page.there will be two (2) invoices in total:1. pre-payment: 1/3 or 1/2 of the payment (nonrefundable). required to begin sketch/designing process.2. final payment: the remaining amount. required to access the unwatermarked final image.

refund▹ pre-payment nonrefundable.▹ partial refund is possible for final payment; negotiable depending on the refund request.

copyright▹ commissioners are purchasing the rights to the permitted usage of an image when commissioning the artist,** not **the copyright or ownership of the image.▹ the commissioner will receive the finalized image only.▹ if access to original psd / csp file with layers is desired, please inquire.▹ if the copyright to the image is desired, please inquire.▹ if the design does not belong to the commissioner, please tell the artist.▹ Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.▹ Client shall not reproduce and/or otherwise use the artwork in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the artwork. Nor shall Client sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the artwork in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work.

personal▹ republishing and/or editing of the image without permission is not allowed.▹ any usage rights not exclusively transferred are reserved to the artist, meaning that these pieces will be displayed on the artist's portfolio, social media, and merchandise.▹ the commissioner is free to use the image for personal usage only (icons, wallpapers, print for personal use, etc)

commercial▹ commissioner will be subject to additional fee of +50% of original cost for commercial usage.▹ please specify how the image will be used when placing order.▹ commissioner is permitted to use image for specified intention only.▹ any further usage of the image added later will require additional funds. artist has right to a portion of any and all profits made through the usage of the commissioned image, starting at 5% royalties, unless the copyright is bought.please inquire for more information.
